Sentimental Sundays.....Scatter Joy

Good morning early birds.
It's another beautiful Sunday here.  We spent yesterday afternoon playing ping pong and by the beach.  We were waiting to see the dolphins but instead we saw seals...which is still a beautiful scene.
This weeks challenge at Sentimental Sundays is:
Garden Party
(include a sentiment)
Products used:
Crate Paper: Bliss Collection: Glee
Cardstock:Papertrey Ink: Stamper's Select White, Scarlet Jewel
Stamp: Papertrey Ink: Year of Flowers Collection, MSE: Joy (CS-M111)
Spellbinders: Labels Six (S4-230), Fancy Tags Three (S4-031)

This challenge came at such a perfect time.  My girlfriend recently bought a house and their backyard was bare and dry, so I bought a Sweet Pea Seed Kit.  If you have never experienced the sweet essence of sweet peas....you are missing out.  They come in so many colors, very small flowers, that have amazing aroma.

So there you have it folks...now it's your turn to create anything that is garden related.
I can't wait to see how you interpet this weeks challenge.

I would like to enter this project in the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by today.
See you soon!

Hi blog friends- I need your help

Hi everyone-
I have been tossing an idea back and forth for sometime now and I need your help in determining whether the idea is even worthwhile.

I would like to start offering a monthly kit of embellishments.
I spend LOADS of cash on embellishments....ribbon, pearls, bling etc!!!
I can never get or have enough....and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I'm looking at companies like Prima, ZVA Creative, Maya Road, Webster...etc.

This will be EMBELLISHMENTS ONLY!!!!

So I have created a small poll on my side bar and I would love it if you take the time to answer 4 simple questions for me. NOTE: If you answer other; can you please leave me a comment with any additional thoughts or ideas you may have.

When you are all done taking the poll, leave a comment letting me know what you think of the idea of a monthly embellishment kit.

The poll will end 9/1/2011 and I will randomly pick 2 commenter's to receive a goodie bag!!!
Of embellishments of course!!  :0)

Thank you in advance for your time.

Hugs,

Waves of Joy.....

Hi everyone-
It's Friday night and I hope that you have something planned for the weekend.
My little sister is home for the summer and is spending some much needed bonding time with her little nephew.  They are having a great summer together. Here they are together in the pool!!!

She has also gained an interest in my card making.....She especially loves the Greeting Farm character stamps.  Give her a lite Copic lesson and she took off in creating bookmarks, note book covers and today a card.  Here is a card she finished today....she has been shadowing me, reminding me that I promised to post it and enter it into some challenges for her!!! LOL!!!  I've created a MONSTER!!!!
Isn't this too cute for words.  She really LOVES this stamp and is hoping that I get more soon!!!
Here is the side view of all the beautiful glitter on the tail and around the frame.

So, Amanda would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Thank you all for stopping by and please feel free to leave some love for my little sister.
